We are delighted to announce IV International Festival of Circus Arts which will take place in Izhev

We are delighted to announce IV International Festival of Circus Arts which will take place in Izhevsk from 2 nd to 7 th March 2011. At the moment in State Circus of Udmurtia the preparing process to IV International Festival has been already started. The list of performers and International Jury members is being formed. Those International Festivals of the circus arts held previous years draw a wide positive response in cultural life of Russia and World Circus Community. Everybody made special mention of high European level of organization and first class selection of competitive programs. The main outcome of the Festivals was the decision to make this new circus forum annual event and Izhevsk would join the list of the world circus centers.
